All Elna sewing machines are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty

You are able to extend your two year sewing machine warranty - by an extra one, two or three years - making it up to five years from the date of purchase.

Decision within 30 days

You must make that decision within 30 days of your purchase.

Buying From Outside of the UK - IMPORTANT

The Elna UK products are sold in the UK for use in the UK.

Please Note - The Standard Guarantee period as offered with every Elna sewing machine or overlocker purchased in the UK is two years with an option to extend this a further three years making five in total. This arrangement only applies to the United Kingdom purchases and uses.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any guarantee period for purchases outside of the United Kingdom.

It is important to understand that buying Elna products in the UK from overseas, or for overseas use, will nullify the UK Guarantee Period. We can not provide guarantee support for the Elna product bought or taken overseas for use.
